We write to inform you that on the 16th November 2007, Pontiac Coil sold the manufacturing rights and all the associated intellectual property of its standard telecommunication transformers to ElektronikGruppen BK of Sweden, and its ETAL Group OY subsidiary.  

This sale relates to products in the following numbering series’:

0100 series of surface mounting analogue transformers

8000 series of PTH miscellaneous analogue transformers

9000 series of PTH analogue transformers

6000 series of digital transformers

Any existing orders you may have with Pontiac Coil Europe Ltd for these products will be transferred to ETAL Group OY, and will be invoiced by them.

All future orders for these products should be placed with ETAL Group OY at either of the following contact points:
